So, here we are, two weeks into our new life, living fulltime, more or less, aboard Rocinante. She (our boat) is now in the Rio Dulce, Guatemala and thus so are we. The Rio Dulce is a large estuarine system that joins Lake Izabel to the Caribbean. Just as our life is about to take a different turn, Rocinante (our sailboat and new home) is also undergoing some changes. Her changes are upgrades, like new painting and varnishing. She is looking better every minute!! Currently, Rocinante is in Guatemala, on the hard, at Ram Marina in Rio Dulce.
